Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Earlier today, some users experienced login delays and slow loading across GreenshadesOnline and GreenEmployee. Our team implemented a fix and functionality has been restored.

Monitoring - We're monitoring a brief, isolated issue this morning that may have caused login delays or slow loading for a small number of clients on GreenshadesOnline and GreenEmployee, starting around 8:45 AM ET.
Our team has already identified the cause and put a fix in place. Access should be fully restored, and we're continuing to monitor closely to make sure everything stays stable.
We'll share another update here if anything changes.
